- KCZF-series full automatic butt weldig machine Full automatic butt welding machine made by special designed mechanical automation part and standard power supply part.
- 1.Mechanical automation part, adopts the flat plate clamping mechanism or piano key copper pressing mechanism base on different material welding requirement, provide uniform and stable work clamping and cooling effects separately.
- 2. Standard power supply part, TIG (Tungsten Gas Shielded Arc Welding), MIG (Metal Inert Gas Arc Welding), MAG (Melting Active Gas Arc Welding) SAW (submerged arc welding), PAW (plasma welding), LBW (laser welding) and so on.
- 3.Mechanical automation part, adopts PLC complete control, servo motor drive, achieved the butt welding speed infinitely adjustable, collaborate with the standard power supply part.
- 4.With different back protective lining and forming groove of the welding seam, ensures to supply stable gas protection and achieves the single-sided welding but double-sided forming effect.
- 5.This machine mainly used in the various metals welding for Stainless steel、steel、 aluminum 、 copper, the welding effective higher welding quality better than the traditional manual welding methods.
